1 General Terms & Conditions

Uq9 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between uq9 and its users ("you" or "player").

These Terms apply to all uq9 services, games, promotions, and activities. By creating an account or using any of our services, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

• If a single individual operates multiple accounts, all accounts may be terminated and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials confidential.
• Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

3 Age Verification

Uq9 strictly enforces an 18+ policy. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our platform. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.

• You must provide your correct date of birth at the time of registration.
• A copy of a national ID or passport may be requested for verification.
• Assisting anyone under the age of 18 to open an account is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on uq9 are fully secure and transparent. We support popular payment methods in Bangladesh, including Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business hours.
• The name on the deposit and the withdrawal must belong to the same person.
• Withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
• We reserve the right to investigate any unusual or suspicious transactions.

We follow a KYC (Know Your Customer) policy to prevent money laundering. Identity verification may be required before any large withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Uq9 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before accepting.

• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses will be treated as fraud.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• If you have a dispute regarding a bonus, please contact the support team.
• Uq9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uq9 platform. Involvement in any of them may result in account termination and legal action.

• Attempting to influence game outcomes through fraudulent activity or manipulation.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Registering with a false identity or using another person's information.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or network.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

7 Limitation of Liability

Uq9 is committed to maintaining the quality of its services. However, we shall not be held liable in the following circumstances.

• Losses resulting from technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment gateway issues.
• Game interruptions caused by issues with the player's own device or connection.
• Account security being compromised due to user negligence.
• Service disruptions due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.

In all cases, uq9's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

8 Account Termination & Suspension

Uq9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account for the following reasons.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• If evidence of involvement in fraudulent activity is found.
• If an account is registered with false or incomplete information.
• Extended periods of account inactivity.
• At the user's own request.

Any valid withdrawable balance will be returned prior to account termination, except in cases of fraud.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Uq9 takes the privacy of your personal information seriously. Any data we collect is used solely for delivering and improving our services.

• Your personal information is never sold to any third party.
• Information is not shared with authorities unless required by legal obligation.
• All data is secured through SSL encryption.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our customer support team first. We generally respond within 72 hours.

• We will attempt to resolve complaints within 30 days of the date they are submitted.
• If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, you may escalate the matter to a higher authority.
• In the event of a dispute, uq9's logs and records will be treated as conclusive evidence.
• You must attempt to resolve any matter with us directly before pursuing legal action.

12 Changes to Terms

Uq9 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will post a notice on the platform and notify you via your registered email.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• At least 14 days' notice will be given before any significant changes take effect.
• If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may request to close your account.
